Most of the people we see here are infected with viruses and need this service.  This process is a thorough professional grade clean-up of your entire system.  Because the repair is so involved, we ask that you allow at least 24 hours for it to be completed.  Included in the tune-up is a bundle of security software that we have determined to be of the highest quality protection for today’s web users.  Once installed, this bundle is designed to provide you with the maximum available protection against system corruption.  As a client, you will be provided with a user-friendly “cheat sheet” so that you’ll know how and when to run the programs for maximum safety.

This tricky procedure can be necessary for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, the computer is just not worth fixing, but the hard drive is still working and the data is available. We have clients that just want to wipe their personal files, so they can pass along their old system to someone else. Whatever the reason, we can accommodate your needs.
